Guest Access to Teams is enabled in the Guest Settings. The Meeting Settings tab does not have Guest options in it. The question is about Teams meetings, Private chats are not mentioned The question does not mention a live event

Nop, the question is abount EXTERNAL and not GUEST. The answer is B: Allow anonymous join to meetings.
