https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/storage-import-export-data-from-blobs "Required. The size of drives to use for an export job, e.g., 500 GB, 1.5 TB.", this is up to 40 TB in 5 discs. So Answeer A is correct

Both answers are COMPLETE solutions so B and E are rules out right away as they have nothing to do with data storage. Of the remaining 3 only A & D satisfy the requirements

Why use Azure Export/Import as data is not large enough? It is only 500GB.

The on-premises data gateway provides secure data transfer between on-premises data sources and your Azure Analysis Services servers in the cloud. Also the goal is to do things with that data once it arrives in Azure, this is not a requirement here as we just want to store the data.

They're not asking if you SHOULD do it, they're asking two things: CAN you do it and is it a complete solution. The answer is yes to both of those so A is correct.

Answer A. and D both cannot be used together. If Azure Export/Import is used due to large volume then you do not need Azure Data factory which is used for lower volume.
