I think multiple choices should be allowed on this question. As you can create a report from all the data sources mentioned and published to the on-premise report server.

You are right - all of them are allowed as long there are no limiting requirements as Live\DirectQuery.

This question is so misleading. So what the reference is saying is that when you is that You can store and manage Power BI reports on premises in the Power BI Report Server web portal, just as you can store Power BI reports in the cloud in the Power BI service (https://powerbi.com). However, in the example it states that you are saving it to the SSRS. Is this the same as publishing it? Can someone please explain this to me?https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/report-server/quickstart-create-powerbi-report
