This question is so misleading. So what the reference is saying is that when you is that You can store and manage Power BI reports on premises in the Power BI Report Server web portal, just as you can store Power BI reports in the cloud in the Power BI service (https://powerbi.com). However, in the example it states that you are saving it to the SSRS. Is this the same as publishing it? seems that SSAS is the best option if you consider the features marked as "Yes".
