I think #1 should be "recycled." I'm uncertain as to why the Microsoft D365 Learn material does not list "recycled" but it DOES exist. Open a formula, click on the co-products button, add an item and set the production type to "by-product" where you can then define the "By-product cost allocation" field as "Recycled." The old AX 2012 documentation still applies here:
