Suggested Answer: B 🗳️
Instead use Azure Storage Sync service and configure Azure File.
Use Azure File Sync to centralize your organization's file shares in Azure Files, while keeping the flexibility, performance, and compatibility of an on-premises file server. Azure File Sync transforms Windows Server into a quick cache of your Azure file share.

I Say B - No, and not for the reason in the suggested solution. windows Server Backup is wrong, it is the Microsoft Azure Backup. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/backup/tutorial-backup-windows-server-to-azure 1) Create a Recovery Services vault 2) Open the Microsoft Azure Recovery Services agent. You can find it by searching your machine for Microsoft Azure Backup. 3) In the Recovery Services agent console, click Schedule Backup under the Actions Pane

Agree - 'Windows Server Backup' is clearly the built-in Feature for local backups to disk, volume, or shared network location only. You need MABS, MARS, or DPM to backup to Azure.

NO. You can use Recovery Services vault and configue a backup by using "AZURE BACKUP" and NOT "Windows Server Backup" . https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/manage/windows-admin-center/azure/

For me is Yes "Windows Server Backup is a feature that provides a set of wizards and other tools for you to perform basic backup and recovery tasks for the server it is installed on." https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwjF9q2goJvrAhVtmeAKHRHeCngQFjAOegQIDhAR&url=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.microsoft.com%2Fen-us%2Fprevious-versions%2Fwindows%2Fit-pro%2Fwindows-server-2012-r2-and-2012%2Fjj614621(v%3Dws.11)%23%3A~%3Atext%3DWindows%2520Server%2520Backup%2520is%2520a%2Cserver%2520it%2520is%2520installed%2520on.&usg=AOvVaw10Dgi-1n70Ii5LV1dmInCY

I concur with Wildsheep https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/manage/windows-admin-center/azure/azure-backup#what-is-azure-backup-and-how-does-it-work-with-windows-admin-center The integration of Azure Backup in the Windows Admin Center is ideal for backing up volumes and the Windows System state on-premises Windows physical or virtual servers. This makes for a comprehensive mechanism to backup File Servers, Domain Controllers and IIS Web Servers. Windows Admin Center exposes the Azure Backup integration via the native Backup tool. The Backup tool provides setup, management and monitoring experiences to quickly start backing up your servers, perform common backup and restore operations and to monitor overall backup health of your Windows Servers.

One thing I noticed, the solution does not say WHICH system you create a backup using windows server backup, however the only server in question is Server1, so if they marked the question as incorrect just because the solution did not mention Server1 I would be pretty mad.
