It's a Parental Relationship: Cascade All, Cascade All. the cascade effect works from the parent to the child, not the other way around. This ensures that deleting a child record does not inadvertently remove important parent records.

Restrict - Cascade All. Explanation: 1) You're setting up a relationship behavior for the newly created table(phone). You can choose a "Referential" relationship behavior and select "Restrict" for the Delete action. In this case, the parental record cannot be deleted since there's at least one child record. 2) Cascade All is the only available option that can update all the children records if the parent was updated
