Azure subscription
"As an administrator, you can lock an Azure subscription, resource group, or resource to protect them from accidental user deletions and modifications. The lock overrides any user permissions."
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/management/lock-resources?tabs=json
Actually I stand corrected, C is indeed correct, I used plural in iAsk and got the wrong answer. Here is the correct answer from iAsk:
Subscriptions: Importantly, resource locks can also be applied at the subscription level. When a lock is applied to a subscription, it affects all resources contained within that subscription. This means that no resources within that subscription can be deleted or modified (depending on the type of lock) unless the lock is removed.
I tried all 4 answers in iAsk AI and none of them are correct!!
Given this understanding, we conclude that while resource locks are an important feature for protecting resources within Azure, they cannot be directly applied to Azure subscriptions as a whole. Therefore, the statement “A resource lock can be applied to Azure subscriptions” is incorrect.
