Answer: Group 1 only (There is no mention if the security group is mail enabled) & Site 1 only There are two different methods for automatically applying a sensitivity label to content in Microsoft 365 1. Client-side labeling when users edit documents or compose (also reply or forward) emails 2.Service-side labeling when content is already saved (in SharePoint or OneDrive) or emailed (processed by Exchange Online). This indicates that MS Teams team is not supported

I would select Group1 Only (because: Labels can be published to any specific user or email-enabled security group, distribution group, or Microsoft 365 group (which can have dynamic membership) in Microsoft Entra ID. --> it's not clear if the Security Group is mail enabled Auto-Apply to: Site1 only thats correct
