your sample means you have determined that sriov is not used in the VM (even if the physical nic is capable) . Therefore answer is Yes

I believe this may be A. Yes because of the example provided by Microsoft. If you run the command below you will be able to determine if VM1 has SR-IOV enabled. Example 4: Get all SR-IOV properties for all network adapters with SR-IOV enabled PS C:\> Get-NetAdapterSriov -Name "*" | Where-Object -FilterScript { $_.Enabled -Eq $true }
