Just to add more clarification. "Group By Vendor_ID and Sum Quantity " is how it should be and the closest is option C

Why do you have to do all this. Doesn't excel sum by default?

It does sum by default in PivotTable, but here the question ask you to modify the query, so you need this step to obtain such table in Power Query.
