Do not include a header row in your CSV file, we should remove line 01: so the answer is B. No. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepointmigration/how-to-format-your-csv-file-for-data-content-migration

Not sure what LauraLaura means, whether she agrees or not with the answer. Anyway, B is definitely correct, because the csv has a header row (line 01) which is not allowed as stated in the referenced article.

In the online example referenced, it states that line 2 is migrating data from a local file share, and line 3 is migrating from on-premises. But the question never mentions a file share.
