Correct is A, tested it in my tenant. B is wrong. The Teams Communication Support Specialist can't view Usage Reports in the Analytics & reports section, he can only view the Call quality dashboard there. C is wrong. The Teams Devices Administrator has no Analytics & reports section in the Teams Administrator Center. D is wrong. The Helpdesk Administrator has no privileges to open the Teams Admin Center.
