Modified the HTML to add a comment.................. Vnet 3 has no peering, so in my opinion you need two Bastion subnets 1 for Vnet1-2 and one for Vnet3 /26 OK.. itis the smallest subnet you can use for Bastion https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/bastion/configuration-settings

how can the vnet1 and vnet2 be peered if they have the same address space? That's not allowed in azure

The peering is already in place, so 2 subnets, one for VNet 1+2, one for VNet3

I noted that too but I believe that one is a typo, peering seems in place between vnet 1-2 already. Resources are created already
