It should be A but it is tricky. Entra registered: Does support SSO but limits it's use and doesn't provide full access to organizational resources. Entra Hybrid Joined: Breaches minimal control over devices requirement. Microsoft Entra Joined: Gives full SSO potential and access to organisational resources, the tricky part is it controls devices more than registered. One can argue registered is the answer because it technically works, but can argue against because it doesn't work at it's fullest. Typical Microsoft question setup.
