These permissions are configured either in the Security Tab of the OU or in the Delegation Wizard of the OU. In the Delegation Wizard, select Manage Group Policy Links as the permission for the designated Security Principal. In the Security Tab, select Read GpLink and Write GpLink while editing a Security Principal in Advanced Settings of the Security Tab. Both of these have the same effect but are just configured in different locations of the OU. Key takeaway is they are all configured in the OU. The answer is C.

B is not the correct answer: The Group Policy Creator Owners group lets its members create new GPOs. However, those members can only edit or delete GPOs that they have created. The Group Policy Creator Owners group also has no permission to link GPOs to a container such as a domain or OU; that permission still must be manually given.

No. C is correct. Coleman already explained what permissions you have to assign and he is right on this one 100%. Been doing this for years. Another solution would be to use delegation tab in group policy management console, but that is not one of the answers.

in order for user1 able to link the GPO to the OU the user1 must be deligated, following step 1. clock on the OU click on the deligation tab click add then add user1 make sure at the permission checkbox chose "Link GPOs"

C is wrong, to make sure user1 can link the policy to the OU, the user1 have to bace the privileges of the Group Policy Creator Owner group, therefore B is the correct answer,

right . the answer is C. Modify the security settings of OU1. The security permission settings on an OU determines who can assign/link an GPO to the OU. As a total, you have to assign User1 with 4 permissions on OU1, for User1 to successfully managing GPO Links on OU1. -Read gPLink -Write gPLink -Read gPOptions -Write gPOptions

Looking at this one closer, The drop down menu to link GPO's is indeed on the OU within group policy management, not on the GPO. Answer is C.
