I think people including me think 1-B is correct because of mixing up ACCESS token and RESOURCE token. The given answer 1-A is correct since it asks for the RESOURCE token. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/xamarin/xamarin-forms/data-cloud/authentication/azure-cosmosdb-auth

Read following: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cosmos-db/secure-access-to-data#users There is an example of mobile app. My understanding of .net service: it should "Generate resource token and performs authentication".
