I do not follow how it Yes Yes No. If I specifically state where the OrderDate is Greater than or equal to 30 days, while you could say it includes the 30th day, is to does not include 1-29 at best case.. So why is it Yes (and the explanation at the bottom makes no sense to me)

!= means 'is not'
>= means greater than or equal to
> means greater than.

To answer your inquiry, 'Where OrderDate >= ago(30d)' is read 'Where Order Date is Greater than or equal to 30 days ago' or are less than 31 days old...
