I belive this is wrong. The order should be: - Use the MSIX Packaging Tool to convert App1 into an MSIX package. - Run msixmgr.exe to convert the MSIX package into a VHDX file. - Store the VHDX file in Azure Files. - Add the MSIX package to a host pool.
