You will have to look at the Schema on the relationships because it seems like it's adding not calculating the values.

Usually when the Question is provided , if the relationship exists it is mentioned. So If it is not mentioned in the question then its understood that the Aggregation is happening for all Months. and showing 60000 for each month.
