Lync 2013 and SharePoint 2010 are supported for hybrid deployments. Only Exchange 2007 is not. Need a higher Exchange version. So answer is Server 3.

Any Exchange version DO NOT SUPPORT upgrade (but side-by-side migration by implementing new Exchange Servers). I believe the correct answer is Server 5. Lync 2013 can be upgraded (in-place) to Skype for Business 2015 and then configured in hybrid with Office 365.

By the way Sharepoint hybrid is supported from Sharepoint 2013 on... You can still use the Sharepoint Migration Tool in Sharepoint 2010 but that's not hybrid. I think the answer is still correct because if you don't want to update your SP2010 server you can add a SP2013 server to the farm and still set an hybrid deployment
