True. Send on Behalf Of and Send As are two different things. Send on Behalf Of tells recipients that the message was sent on behalf of the manager by the delegate. Send As rights gives the delegate to send a mail that looks completely like it was sent by the manager. Confer one or the other, not both, or else the result may be confused.
