Nano Server is not in the scope for the exams any more (for over a year). This question should be removed.

Considering this is part of the series of questions that are similar but you can't come back to (and given that this is VERY MUCH a 70-740 topic, I really hope this doesn't find its way onto any form of 70-741 exam.

Answer is no. It needs the -Compute parameter: Indicates that this operation adds the Compute package. This package includes Hyper-V and NetQoS.

Sometimes it's very confusing when shows up 70-740 question pops up like this question. I think it's not 70-741. it's 70-740. this kind of question makes us to waste of time and confusing.
