Not 100% sure but I would say: C) JetStress E) Exchange Server Mailbox Role Calculator I would eliminate LoadGen as it is not maintained yet (last version is for Exchange 2013). The calculator permit to estimate disk IOPs & size the storage. The calculator + JetStress are two complementary tools.

C) E). In addition that is no longer maintained, LoadGen is not directly connected with disk throughput.. Use Microsoft Exchange Load Generator 2013 (LoadGen) as a simulation tool to measure the impact of MAPI, OWA, ActiveSync, IMAP, POP and SMTP clients on Exchange 2013 servers. LoadGen allows you to test how a server running Exchange 2013 responds to e-mail loads. https://www.microsoft.com/en-nz/download/details.aspx?id=40726
