The answer should be B. 20 Mbps upload speed would take about 150 days to transfer 30TB of data

That's the point IMPORT/EXPORT service = Physical shipment of disks....which is the only solution with the bandwidth constraint.

20 Mbps = 2.5 Megabyter per second 2.5 * 60 * 60 * 24 * 7 = 1,512,000 MB it is around 1.5TB
