Drivers are not part as "Microsoft Other Product" but included inside quality update, so uncheck this option has no effect. Answer is NO.

This will open the Local Group Policy Editor. Use the left pane to navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update > Manage updates offered from Windows Update. Double-click the Do not include drivers with Windows Updates policy on your right. This way you disable the driver update only via WinUpdates. So answer B, NO

Currently you can select it when you are creating a profile within Intune so I guess this one is getting old
