Pretty sure it is B and D based on this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/admin/connect-onedrive-business

It is B and D B- Obvious, no need for discussion. D- We need to make sure the user has "OneDrive for Business" security role checked. This privilege is visible in the Security Roles dialog only after OneDrive for Business (which is B) is enabled. You can check the below link for reference: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/admin/connect-onedrive-business

Can anyone explain why B?.. I mean in the real world I would probably get users to try access it in the browser just to troubleshoot. But quite likely it's either caused by permission in D365 or Microsoft access/licensing issue so for me C and D seem right.. I would check both.

If you do D then that would be all that would need to be done, plus ALL users would be complaining. Just that it is some indicates that the issue first needs to be checking the users' access to OneDrive and then review the users' account access.

True.. Although the "some users" could be a group of users without the required security role, or their security role hasnt been updated..
