E adds a mask to the SSN column. By "excluding" the Managers from this masking (B), the column gets masked for everyone other than Managers.

"Included" means masking is disabled for that group/user. Public users (means not logged in users) are excluded. Here A & E are the correct choices.

We are data masking so all users will not be able to see the sensitive information. Only manager will be able to see if you exclude them.
