E adds a mask to the SSN column. By "excluding" the Managers from this masking (B), the column gets masked for everyone other than Managers.

"Included" means masking is disabled for that group/user. Public users (means not logged in users) are excluded. Here A & E are the correct choices.

Question is to allow access to managers group for sensitive information. If we Exclude Managers Group(option B), How we can enforce the sensitivity.

We are data masking so all users will not be able to see the sensitive information. Only manager will be able to see if you exclude them.

Question is not valid. It doesn't say about masking only the options have abstract meaning of it.
