Ctrl+Alt+Shift+1 is the shortcut for the debug logs. So B is the correct answer.

✑ Users lose their connection during screen sharing. ✑ The user selection process takes too long to complete. ✑ The Microsoft Teams client crashes and restarts automatically. Therefore you need Debug logs --> B --> Ctrl + Alt + Shift + 1 D is Desktop logs and they provide Desktop logs, also known as bootstrapper logs, contains log data that occurs between the desktop client and the browser. Like media logs, these logs are only needed if requested by Microsoft. The logs are text based and can be read using any text based editor in a top down format. So D is not the right way to troubleshoot the listed issues

Selected Answer: B
B is the correct answer. downloads the files in C:\Users\username\Downloads\MSTeams Diagnostics Log 23_03_2023__9_00_36_pm. Has three subfolders 1.desktop 2.meeting 3.web Option D also does the same thing but D is not the answer as the download location folders given is not correct . Download location is same as option B

B is the "partial" correct answer, when you type Ctrl+Alt+Shift+1, automaticaly download various archives to Log content. But the Files are in the default downloads path

If I press Ctrl + Alt + Shift +1 it goes exactly into my user profiles download folder and not in the one of the default user. If you mean default download folder within the users profile folder, it is still right because %userprofile% will exactly route you to the user profile
