Answer is B as OneNote requires first Sharepoint integration with Dynamics, so answer is No

Also OneNote has nothing to do with storing data. That is OneDrive :-)

You need to integrade Sharepoint to integrate OneNote. But once again, the question is unclear, because I supposed that inf you integrate onenote is because you have integrated first Sharepoint. But, for exam the answer is B

next question say yes to have sharepoint. because they also say all these question are in the same scenario, I would expect that in the exam , this question arrive after the next one on this site. Then .... i think what you say could be wrong
