"You need to recommend a storage solution that keeps storage costs low." I think only SP integration is the right answer. As far as i understand when u integrate OneDrive, u need to pay both

Here it seems to not talk about the steps to configure the integration, but about the solution to recommend. So you can recommend to enable onedrive, then when you implement it you will have to configure also SP

You can't enable OneDrive integration because SharePoint integration isn't enabled. You would have to enable SharePoint integration first and the question doesn't say anything about enabling SP integration.

they say it s in the same scenario and the previous question we said we enable side sync with sharepoint then .... i don't get
