1. No - Even though Admin 1 is an active User Admin, User Admins are not allowed to change the password of an Exchange Admin (I am presuming Admin 2 has activated the role by now, this really is a badly phrased question as it doesn't give all information needed...) 2. No - Admin 2 is not active, they will need to request activation 1st. 3. No - Same answer to 1, they are an privileged role

Would 3 not be no because admin 1 is an active user admin with an priv role? User admin cannot reset PW of priv accounts?
