Hybrid is not a cloud service. I think the correct answers are IaaS and SaaS https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/overview/types-of-cloud-computing/

I think it should be SaaS and IaaS. The two clues are HOSTING and SERVERS. SaaS - to save on HOSTING costs IaaS - Virtualize all SERVERS

I believe the answer is right, by moving the virtualized servers to azure you have IaaS BUT your on-premises user accounts would need to be synced with ADconnect which I think may count as Hybrid.

As I understand, deployment is also a service (perhaps mutually inclusive). Hence 'hybrid could' deployment can be a correct answer.

The answer hybrid does not make sense to me. How can it be a hybrid solution if all of your servers have been virtualized and migrated to Azure. How can you run your Dynamics 365 on premises if you don't have any servers on premises?
