It's desktop because question is about opening website and reading the data and not about scheduling though main question has time when it should be done.

You need both....but if you read the sentence to complete, 'desktop' matches the verbs earlier in the sentence (open the website - read the data). 'Scheduled' does not fit in this sentence.
