The answer is correct. If you can't decide between Stream analytics and Event hubs for Researchers group, then there's simple solution - Event hubs store the data only in Azure Blob Storage or Azure Data Lake Storage (and we need Azure SQL Database). https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/event-hubs/event-hubs-capture-overview

I think that for Analyst it should be Event Hub, not IoT Hub. As I understand IoT Hub just cares about communication between the cloud and the device (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/iot-hub/about-iot-hub) The Event Hub is the tool you should use to access and review collected data from the devices. (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/event-hubs/event-hubs-about)
