Tricky question if you don't read very carefully the entire case study. This is mentioned in the case: "All groups are created by using dynamic group membership that use the department attribute.". So as Alexander previously stated, A is correct.

Poor question. It depends on if there are other HR pilot users that have no issues. If that is the case, yes it's likely these two users have the wrong department set up. However, if these two users are the only two HR pilot users, the dynamic membership rule might be wrongly set up instead, looking at the wrong department.
