Should be A and B, you can't change anything without deactivating it first

I THINK THIS SHOULB BE THE RI8 EXPLANATION FOR THIS QUESTION Option B suggests deactivating the existing rule and directly modifying the condition, which is a straightforward approach. Option D proposes directly changing the condition and then activating the updated rule, which is a simple and effective solution.

A and B = Because: In the context of Dynamics 365, to update a business rule, you would typically: A. Save a copy of the rule and change the condition. Deactivate and delete the original rule. This method ensures that you have a backup of the original rule before making changes. After saving a copy of the rule, you can modify the condition as needed. The original rule is then deactivated and deleted. B. Deactivate the business rule and change the condition. Business rules in Dynamics 365 must be deactivated before they can be modified. After deactivating the rule, you can change the condition. Once the changes are made, the rule can be reactivated. So, the correct answers would be A and B. Please note that while option D suggests changing the condition and activating the change, it misses the crucial step of deactivating the rule before making changes, which is a requirement in Dynamics 365. C is not right, the term snapshot is not used here...

yeah but option B misses the crucial step of re-activating the rule. So now you're left with an inactive/deactivated rule

Basically, there is global agreement that A constitutes a (complete) correct answer, and C isn't correct at all. B isn't a complete answer, since the changed rule isn't activated afterwards. D isn't a complete answer, since the rule hasn't been deactivated before change. So unless someone can vouch for C, the question basically is what Microsoft finds the most important (or, what is the *most* correct). I personally tend to choose A&D, because D emphasises that a rule needs to be activated before it can be used. The 'change the rule' action might include the deactivation first (and perhaps the rule is already deactivated? Who knows). Let's say this question could have been better written. I hope it's either not in the exam anymore or in some adjusted form.

First of all we have to deactivate the condition nd should the change the condition.after that we have to activate the condition. Note: To edit the condition we should first do the rule Deactivate.

We do not activate the change rather activate the business rule after the change has been made. So D is not right.

The correct answer is B and D. To update a business rule, you can either deactivate the business rule and change the condition or change the condition and activate the change Option A is incorrect because you should not delete the original rule before testing the new one Option C is incorrect because there is no such thing as taking a snapshot of a business rule

If you want to be correct all answers should be marked as wrong: A: By saving a copy you are creating a new rule where you can edit the condition. It doesn't say anything about activating the new rule though. It only mention to deactivate and delete the original rule B: Same here, nothing about activating the edited rule. C: Well this is quite obvious why it's wrong. D: On this one it is told to activate the rule but it ain't saying to deactivate it first. So... i rest my case!

I executed the scenario, without deactivation we can not change it, Whereas we can save it as copy and edit the cloned rule.
