The answer is B because you need to use the deployments blade to see when resources were provisioned.

This solution is about subscriptions and then Resource provider that is like a Plugin to the subscription. The only way to see history is in the deployments blade in the setting in the resource group. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/templates/deployment-history?tabs=azure-portal

You can view the date and time of deployment from "Deployments" blade under Resource group. Respurce provider doesn't tells anything about deployed resources in your subsciption.

Resource providers section just shows the Providers that are registereded or not registered within the subscription So not possible
