'A' is correct answer, XRM Toolbox has a plugin "Document Templates Mover" to promote document templates. https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/debajitcrm/posts/how-do-i-move-my-word-template-for-custom-entity-across-environments-in-dynamics-365-how-can-i-make-the-changes-manually-a-deep-dive-into-inner-workings

You create a Child Attendance report and complete testing of the report in a sandbox environment. The report is ready for deployment to the production environment. Answer should be D.

You can add, import, or export snapshots of reports as part of a solution. In model-driven apps, reports, sub reports, report category, report display area, and report-related record type are considered as components of a report set. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/model-driven-apps/add-reporting-to-app

D is the correct answer guys Microsoft states that "Word templates allow creating standardised documents for an Entity and populate data in a structured format" The reports are created using templates and he templates belong to an Entity , which in turn are included in a solution. See link below https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/using-word-templates-dynamics-365

A is the correct answer. "Reports are created from Microsoft Word templates for the healthcare workers" This means that the report isn't a physical report, it is a word template that shows the attendance. Document templates cannot be added to solution to be imported to the destination environment, migration of Document templates requires third-party application (like xrmToolBox plugin ...).

XRM ToolBox is a great tool which might include a plugin to facilitate the process. However, for the purpose of the test, answer A applies.

Word templates cannot be included as part of the solution promotion process (Deployment). This is a CRM CE limitation. The correct answer is A.
