GA is correct. This question explicitly mentions 'Microsoft 365 admin center', Public preview support is only available through Microsoft Customer Support Services.

I think it is GA only , as we need support from admin center. "You use the admin center to set up your organization in the cloud, manage users, manage subscriptions, etc" , it is not about a technical support that Ms offers for both GA and public, see one similar question, next one Q3 as well.

When working with features in public preview, these features: 1-May have restricted or limited functionality. For example, the feature may only apply to one platform. 2-Typically go through feature changes before they're generally available (GA). 3-Are fully supported by Microsoft. ---------------------- Private preview is for evaluation purposes only. It might have other issues that were not yet discovered or fixed, except for the lack of SLA and formal support -------- https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-365/public-preview

Public preview "Are fully supported by Microsoft." "Microsoft provides support for private preview features." https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/manage/stay-on-top-of-updates?view=o365-worldwide article updated in 08.24. I'm so confused..

When working with features in public preview, these features: May have restricted or limited functionality. For example, the feature may only apply to one platform. Typically go through feature changes before they're generally available (GA). Are fully supported by Microsoft. May only be available in selected geographic regions or cloud environments. For example, the feature may not exist for Windows 365 Business Cloud PCs. Individual features in preview may have more usage and support restrictions. If so, this information is typically noted in the feature documentation.

C. GA only. The Microsoft 365 admin center provides support for products in the General Availability (GA) phase only. During the GA phase, the product is considered stable, feature-complete, and ready for production use. Microsoft provides comprehensive support and documentation for GA products through the admin center, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and direct support channels.

The correct answer is C. GA only. The Microsoft 365 admin center provides support for products that are generally available (GA) only. Private preview and public preview products are not yet generally available and are still in the testing phase, so they are not fully supported. However, Microsoft may provide limited support for private and public preview products through preview-specific channels, such as the Microsoft Tech Community.

Similar question on the Microsoft Learn sample questions page for MS-900, it's worded differently though it says customers with a valid Azure Subscription can get support for Public preview and GA (Question 18): https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/certifications/resources/ms-900-sample-questions
