Correct. However the link is broken. Reference this, test it yourself. https://activedirectorypro.com/find-disabled-active-directory-user-accounts/ Open Find Users, Contacts, and Groups in AD UC. In the "Find:" field click the dropdown and change Users, Contacts, and Groups to "Common Queries". There you'll have the ability to search for all users who are disabled and/or days since last logon: (input amount)

Answer seems correct, but I believe that in real life PowerShell is preferred.
