Answer is correct. The Verification methods available in MFA configuration are: - Call to phone - Text message to phone - Notification through mobile app - Verification code from mobile app or hardware token

dont know why some are confused. There are many apps with MFA these days. Obviously they wont give out Application password. Any answer with application password is wrong. Given answer is correct.

An app password is used on a legacy app that does not support MFA. (not modern authentication)

A is the correct answer. For Enabled. Yes, App Password is a thing...when configured, it changes the MFA status to 'Enforced'.

I think A is correct, a password is you set, we don't get passwords over email, call or other way of notification. So A, is correct.

B can not be the answer because it says 'Notification'. You get code. Notification is not same as code.

in fact yes answer verified in MS learn MFA section. The call is automated providing a code to enter. The call feature is not available in the Free and Trial versions. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/secure-aad-users-with-mfa/3-planning-mfa
