Chats are not stored on SharePoint. It is stored either on the personal mailbox or group mailbox. Only files are stored into OneDrive\Sharepoint depending on whether it is private or group\channel chats. https://global-sharepoint.com/sharepoint-online/office-365-where-does-the-microsoft-teams-channel-conversations-and-files-get-saved/

Q7 is about keeping user Mailbox in Litigation Hold (All Priv chats are specific to user mailbox) Q8 - It says SP site in Hold which is incorrect

I think the main point in this question, is "Prevent the user from deleting the chat..." A litigation hold will back up the info, thus preventing it from being deleted, but there is a much better method to prevent the user from deleting the chat in the first place: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/messaging-policies-in-teams If I see this on the exam, I am going to select NO.

Private chats are in the user mailbox, channel chats are in the group mailbox, private channel chats are also in the user mailbox.
