The reason it is mentioned as SharePoint because it is by the external users. If you use anything else it will require licensee for those users while with SharePoint you can allow external users to enter the data.

I would say CDS, there is no point in a PL 900 exam to come with an answer SharePoint. Rather CDS is focused topic in this exam.

SharePoint is correct, not CDS or Portals, for collecting customer feedback because of the reason mentioned above - no license required with SharePoint.
