The correct answer is C- it can be date& Time field.
B is not correct- it does not have to be mandatory. And even if it was- mandatory fields are irrelevant when importing data
You can use Date and Time fields as an alternate key. As well as Decimal, Whole Number, Single Line of Text, Lookup and Picklist.
Be sure that you cannot use Date and Time, Lookup and Picklist in an on-premise installation.
Since the question does not mention on-premise, the answer should be B, C
I agree that B is the answer, but I think C is right too
