Only VM 4 you have to use at least VM Configuration Version 7.0

It should be D ( VM4 ) only.... In this case you need to satisfy both conditions 1) GEN 2 2) Conf version 7+ So only D satisfys both condition...so the Ans is D... Ario is right.

You guys proved that you dont read description of the question and do not check documentation...its clear that vTPM available for second gen VMs...stop posting your answer unless you tried it

Are you saying that vTPM exists on 5.0 VMs? Because I'm pretty sure the rest of the universe disagrees with that sentiment.

VM 4 only is correct. Needs Gen 2 and VM config. version 7.0 minimum.

The giving answer is correct. Gen 2 support TPM in general , upgrade to Version 7 get support for Virtual Trusted Platform Module (vTPM)
