why is the answer yes . When clearly all editions support Database Audit. If web edition can do the DB level audit then why it needs to be migrated to Enterprise edition. Can anyone describe this please?

No need to Migarate the database to Enterprise Edition. Answer is No. If migrate the database it will also support. in this scenario answer is yes.
