for me, best answers - Create and assign a mobile device policy - Run set-casmailbox https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/client-access/set-casmailbox?view=exchange-ps -ActiveSyncEnabled The ActiveSyncEnabled parameter enables or disables Exchange ActiveSync for the mailbox. Valid input for this parameter is $true or $false. The default value is $true. When you set this parameter to $false, the other Exchange ActiveSync settings in this cmdlet are ignored.
