D The 2 personal tags will have to be manually applied by the users. The question is asking for automatically.

the answer is correct, a personal tag is optional (user addigned) so the action would not be automatic

When to use a retention policy with the archive function for these two folders, it must be using default retention policy which affects the whole mailbox but not the two required folders.

retention policy does not move emails to folders. it may delete emails. archive policy does. but the question seems bo incorrect.. or the answer is 'No'
