The GUI behind "expiration policy" in AAD will trigger PowerShell. So you could do it by running "New-AzureADMSGroupLifecyclePolicy" or "Set-AzureADMSGroupLifecyclePolicy". Therefore "B" is correct, I guess.

B First it's AAD -> Groups -> Expiration, but since this is not available as answer, you need to go with Powershell ;-)

I think the answer is C. The question is about 'Teams' not for Groups so B could not be the answer. Please visit compliance.microsoft.com > Policies > Retention > Create > Teams

B. You can set expiration policy only for Microsoft 365 groups in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD). https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/users-groups-roles/groups-lifecycle

None is correct. To enable Groups Expiration policy, go to Azure Active Directory (AAD) > Groups > Expiration. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/create-groups/office-365-groups-expiration-policy?view=o365-worldwide
