Why not D &E? D. Add a display menu item to the privilege: - This is a partial action that is part of step C (linking the report’s display menu item to the privilege). However, it is not a standalone step, as it must be done in conjunction with adding the privilege to the duty extension. Including it as a separate step would be incomplete and out of sequence. E. Create a new security policy and duty extension: - A security policy is used to restrict data access based on specific criteria (e.g., filtering data by company or user). It is not relevant for granting access to a report, which requires privileges, duties, and roles. Thus, this option is not applicable to the scenario.

Correct. Remember it's a report so it can't be "Add a display menu item to the privilege".
